- LMLidia MedranoJun 29, 20261.0Terrible experience! I placed an order online for a same day delivery… the updates under my tracking number froze and it kept saying that the driver was one stop away. It never got to “delivered” and I didn’t ask the recipient since it was a surprise. The store closed so I called the following morning and they told me that the order had been delivered, I called the recipient and she said nothing got to her house. I called back and they told me that the driver had marked the items as in transit but that the product was never made. They offered to deliver them that day and I agreed… NOTHING WAS DELIVERED AGAIN. I called this morning to request a refund and they didn’t even ask why… then I asked what the issue was as to why the items were not made/delivered and they couldn’t give me an answer and not even an apology. It was a waste of time and they ruined a surprise.
