  Terrible experience! I placed an order online for a same day delivery… the updates under my tracking number froze and it kept saying that the driver was one stop away. It never got to “delivered” and I didn’t ask the recipient since it was a surprise. The store closed so I called the following morning and they told me that the order had been delivered, I called the recipient and she said nothing got to her house. I called back and they told me that the driver had marked the items as in transit but that the product was never made. They offered to deliver them that day and I agreed… NOTHING WAS DELIVERED AGAIN. I called this morning to request a refund and they didn’t even ask why… then I asked what the issue was as to why the items were not made/delivered and they couldn’t give me an answer and not even an apology. It was a waste of time and they ruined a surprise.

  My friend tried to surprise me for my birthday by ordering something(online). I was told to expect it by 11am. At 12:30 driver calls to say he was here to deliver something, but I was at work. Does not offer to deliver it later but tells me I can pick it up at this store which closes at 7pm. I get there at 5. Store is locked and closed, NO note on door, no one answering phone. Had to go back AGAIN next day, arriving at around 11 to a note on door, back in 5 minutes! Eventually someone shows up. Asked for manager, not there. Manager still hasn't called me back, it's been a week. So if you want to surprise someone, I wouldn't use this shop.

  Unfortunately, I places a pick up order and tipped to find out that the platter didn’t have all the fruit that was supposed to be included. It shows on the picture and the dude I placed the order with confirmed. When I called to ask why the blueberries weren’t included, the lady on the phone lied and tried to make me believe it wasn’t supposed to have the fruit that was missing. When she realized I knew she wasn’t telling the truth she offered me to bring it back (too far of a distance) to put them on there or give me a $5 store credit (completely out the way). I asked for the credit to just be given back to my card and she stated “they don’t give refunds” and then offered a free fruit dipped cone whenever I could make it back in. She started off lying and make it clear and didn’t care because it didn’t matter to her.
