- IDIbrahim DJul 17, 20261.0The store manager did not find my online order. She did not apology for the inconvenience. She called me an hour later that she had found my order. I came back the next day, Thursday 07/16 after 5:00 pm to pick up my order that I had paid using my DSW rewards. The store manager told me I had to pay. I gave up and left the store. The store manager did not care at all.

I don’t care what her reasoning was, that is so unprofessional. I actually chatted with that young lady beforehand and she was very sweet and helpful. This was months back but I returned to that store this week and saw that manager. DSW needs to have stricter manager hiring policies because behavior like that is unacceptable.

- ESEmily SMay 15, 20261.0The store manager Katrina called me on 5/15/2026 telling me my order that was placed 5/12/2026 that was already marked ready for pick up and I’ve gotten ONE reminder email was being cancelled. Why?!? She told me my items were out of stock 🙄Which means they resold it (needohs) to their buddies or to themselves. So then she cancelled my order once the call ended! Edit: When I went up there 5/16 an employee said they had it yesterday, instead they had a HUGE BAG FULL of Needohs in order pickup so I’m sure they resold mine or put mine in that order. The bag had Probably at least 15 4 packs I asked why that order wasn’t cancelled or why they couldn’t take two measly packs out of that order and cancel TWO of his 15 orders and they said they couldn’t! 🙄

The staff - are unfriendly and they never greet you when you enter or exit. The only good is that there's plenty to choose from.
