- ESEmily S5 days ago1.0The store manager Katrina called me on 5/15/2026 telling me my order that was placed 5/12/2026 that was already marked ready for pick up and I’ve gotten ONE reminder email was being cancelled. Why?!? She told me my items were out of stock 🙄Which means they resold it (needohs) to their buddies or to themselves. So then she cancelled my order once the call ended! Edit: When I went up there 5/16 an employee said they had it yesterday, instead they had a HUGE BAG FULL of Needohs in order pickup so I’m sure they resold mine or put mine in that order. The bag had Probably at least 15 4 packs I asked why that order wasn’t cancelled or why they couldn’t take two measly packs out of that order and cancel TWO of his 15 orders and they said they couldn’t! 🙄

The staff - are unfriendly and they never greet you when you enter or exit. The only good is that there's plenty to choose from.
