Instead of neat rows of shoes organized by heel height, you have scattered displays all over the store with no rhyme or reason. I couldn’t even find high heels beyond a few pair in front of the store. It’s impossible to compare shoes when you have to wander all over the store, hunting for any brown flats because they are in 10 different locations. And they don’t have shopping bags anymore! You have to shlep multiple boxes of shoes through the store with no carts or bags to carry them. Ugh. I’m going to Last Call.
