  Purchased boots a little over a year ago and the sole is already falling off. Spending $200+ on a pair of boots that last a year is definitely not how I like to spend my money. When I ask the associate if theres a warranty or a anything that can be done, they suggest I go to a shoe hospital. That's not customer service or good quality for the price you pay. My boots are only worn for work and they cant even stand up to a year of being worn. The quality is not worth it anymore.

  The employees here are always nice and welcoming. Even when I’m just browsing to see what’s new the employees will still make conversation and offer help if needed.

  I went in after work to budget some shoes for my next paycheck. I had some old boots that had worn through on the sole since I wear them daily to work, so I knew at the worst I’d look at what I already had if not branch out to something different if it struck my fancy. The ladies on shift were great. They were conversational and knowledgeable. And immediately caught on to the age of my current doc martens. I got recommended the non slip 1460s since I was considering a pair for work, but when the Chelsea boots in the non slip didn’t work the employee was savvy enough to recommended a similarly fitting alternative in the Embury after asking about what was amiss in the tester pair. Service was great and I’d come back again. 5/5
