    I have never heard of this company before my credit card company. Just notified me that they charged my card. A $150 worth of merchandise that I've never ordered. I am not from that area. I have contacted the company and nobody got back to me. Had to cancel my card and get reissued. A new one scam artists

    Deeply disappointing, and beneath the name on the door. I arrived promptly at 6 PM for my confirmed appointment, only to be told the boutique was hosting a private event — a detail no one thought to communicate in advance. No call, no email, not even an acknowledgment at the door. I have patronized Dior in several cities, and this location does not reflect the standard of the Maison. Unacceptable.

    “I recently visited Dior to purchase a bag and was really looking forward to the experience, especially since it was my first time buying from the brand. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel welcoming at all. While I noticed other customers being offered champagne, I wasn’t offered the same, which made me feel overlooked. The sales associate assisting me was not very engaging, and after I completed my purchase, the interaction felt rushed. I even asked if I could take a photo to remember the moment, and was told no without much explanation. She then handed me my bag and walked away. For such a significant purchase, I expected a more thoughtful and inclusive customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve how all customers are treated.”

    I came to the store to have a handle on one of my bags replaced. I got the text that my bag was ready. The person that texted me was the manager, but I can’t remember her name. I asked her about a defective piece on my wallet sent her pictures and she assured me it would be taken care of because it was still under warranty. She took my information told me she was going to order the piece. It was the little D charm that hangs from the wallet. It was defective when it was made. She never called. I texted for an update so that I could get it fixed, she never responded. I texted a second time and no Response. I also sent a very detailed text and picture from the websight with a pair of $2000 boots that I wanted to purchase. She never responded to that either. I also texted the lady who originally helped me with my bag as she had given me her number before I left the store and told me she would let me know when the bag was ready instead the manager texted me that it was ready. No big deal, but I in fact had two numbers at this point.. this store is less than attentive. Maybe I was treated this way because I don’t shop at this location as a regular? It just happened to be the easiest most convenient location to drop off for repair. Regardless, if somebody texted you and says here, take my money I want this and you don’t even have the decency to respond? Two different employees? Well, that tells me one thing and one thing only. They don’t care. As I was walking out the door when I went to pick up my bag, a lady had walked in with her husband, and they literally dropped what they were doing to go chitchat with her. I overheard the conversation that she had just called the lady and she had texted her last week so forth and so on, so I guess they pay attention to the customers they want to. I would definitely never set foot back in this particular store. Horrible service. When I originally went in to see about getting the handle fixed, there was very little interaction. It was not a friendly place. I did not feel welcomed by any means.
