  I’ve been shopping luxury brands my entire life, but I’ve never been treated the way I was at this Dior store. I stopped by to purchase a belt and was browsing the selection. A sales associate named Jasmine introduced herself and asked if I needed assistance. I thanked her and politely explained that I preferred to look around on my own and take my time deciding. In fact, I was seriously considering purchasing two belts. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly telling her that I wanted to browse independently, she continued to interrupt every few minutes asking if she could help. I understand that customer service is important, but there is a difference between being attentive and being overly persistent. What should have been an enjoyable luxury shopping experience became uncomfortable and frustrating. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt pressured. After multiple interruptions, I put everything back and walked out without making a purchase. A luxury shopping experience should allow customers to browse comfortably and make decisions at their own pace. Sadly, that was not my experience. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management provides better training on respecting customers’ personal space and shopping preferences.

  I went over the weekend made a big major purchase! The sales guy looked like he didn’t want to be there at all! I asked him for a glass of champagne and a water for my husband and he only brought water for my husband. When I got home I noticed the box of the shoes was all tore. This experience at CD had been one of the worst ones and I don’t know how I feel about buying more products from this location. The only reason I like to come into the store is because I like to try on the shoes I’ll be purchasing but the whole experience was mediocre.

  Horrible service. I was the first in line and was helped last!! I stood in the store for about 30 minutes and was treated with nothing but disrespect. I read another review that says they only help the people they know, which is completely true. Don’t even consider doing here, go to the actual Dior store in the Galleria. These people will waste your time. The only helpful person in the store is the security guard.
