Brandon provided an exceptional shopping experience at Dior. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and selected exactly what I was looking for. This was my first Dior purchase in the United States, as I typically prefer shopping overseas because I’ve found the customer service to be more personalized. Brandon completely changed that perception. He made the experience feel special from start to finish and truly delivered the level of service I expect from Dior. I look forward to shopping with him again and highly recommend asking for Brandon if you’re visiting the boutique!

I’ve been shopping luxury brands my entire life, but I’ve never been treated the way I was at this Dior store.
I stopped by to purchase a belt and was browsing the selection. A sales associate named Jasmine introduced herself and asked if I needed assistance. I thanked her and politely explained that I preferred to look around on my own and take my time deciding. In fact, I was seriously considering purchasing two belts.
Unfortunately, despite repeatedly telling her that I wanted to browse independently, she continued to interrupt every few minutes asking if she could help. I understand that customer service is important, but there is a difference between being attentive and being overly persistent.
What should have been an enjoyable luxury shopping experience became uncomfortable and frustrating. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt pressured. After multiple interruptions, I put everything back and walked out without making a purchase.
A luxury shopping experience should allow customers to browse comfortably and make decisions at their own pace. Sadly, that was not my experience. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management provides better training on respecting customers’ personal space and shopping preferences.

Called about repair for a purse. 1) they don’t do repairs on vantage purses. 2)if you answer the phone and can’t give the customer an answer pass the phone to someone else. 3) maybe she would’ve understood if she would’ve stop cutting me off while I was explain what I wanted.

I dealt with Thao and manager Jill when buying my bag and they were very accommodating! I wanted my bag mailed to me and they helped set it up and I received it in perfect condition. Also when I went into the store before to try on merchandise they were nice and accommodating. Much better service than the CHANEL store next door. Will be purchasing from them again. I would recommend.
