  Staff was very friendly, and the location is very nice, however I’m pretty irritated with my interaction. I brought a ring with a basic gold band in to be downsized, and was told in-person that it would likely be less than $80-$100 to resize, and that they would try to get it to me before the weekend. I received no updates, and called them back the following week to find out that it hadn’t even been looked at yet. I then received a quote over text the following day and was told it would be $265 to resize, and that it would take an additional 5-7 business days after my approval for the ring to be ready! I’m not too upset about the timing, but trying to charge me nearly $300 to downsize a simple gold band is disingenuous at best. When I mentioned that I was confused as to how it was so expensive and that my ballpark estimate was under $100, I was just told that she didn’t know who helped me, but that those weren’t the prices they offer. It’s okay to charge above market, but it’s not okay to tell me that I’ll be paying market prices and then send me a quote literally 4x higher than I was expecting. But aside from that, it looks like a very nice store, and I would hope that my experience is a one-off mishap.

  What an incredible experience! I have been to the other dealers in Houston and none compared to the customer service received at Deutsch. The others play games with the Rolex “waitlist”, wanting you to buy other things, but Deutsch was very honest and upfront. There was no pressure to buy anything else, and I was able to get the exact watch I wanted. Ashley was incredible and kept me up to date with everything. I highly recommend this place!

  My husband has been raving about the amazing service here at Deutsch, and today I finally came in with him to get my watch resized⌚️. I’m so glad I came with him! Now I understand what he has been talking about non stop 🗣️!! They make you feel so at home and welcome 🏡🙏🏾. They don’t push you to buy, and they’re very patient with all of your questions. Our sales associate was Asia Collins, who we’ve known for years. She helped style my husband for his performance at the Houston Rodeo 🤠 a few years back, and she NAILED it 🎯. So when I found out she would be helping us today I just knew I could completely trust her judgement. I was so pleased to see her thriving here 🙌🏾. My husband loves to spoil me, and I can’t wait to see the next matching timepieces he brings me from Deutsch! The last time he was there he would not stop talking about their incredible selection, and today I finally got to see it in person. I was able to point out 👉🏾 a few of the ones that really caught my eye 👁️ , so now he and Asia have some direction to go in. But honestly their entire selection was WOW! 🤩 One of the managers came and greeted us, and although I didn’t get her name, her kindness left a strong impression 🥰. My whole experience was amazing!!

  I love Deutsch Houston! I have been a customer for 35 plus years now! Deborah has always been my sales advisor and never steers me wrong. I just purchased a new Rolex from Deutsch a week ago and the experience was once again made super special :). Deborah is truly one in a million! She is patient and sweet and really gets to know her customers :) Over the years I have purchased several Rolex watches(and lots of other jewelry) through Deutsch and have always been impressed with the service during and after the sale. Lance Deutsch is one of the most impressive business owners you will find anywhere. There is a reason his business is so successful! He truly cares that everyone has a special experience and loves their purchases :) My whole family has had great shopping experiences at Deutsch from Diamond earrings to Rolex watches and more.   I had a truly amazing experience on my recent visit to Deutsch Fine Jewelry here in Houston, Texas. They have such a wide variety of elegance, that is of the highest tier. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and treated with respect and love. Their sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a longtime client of Asia Collins, who is the most gracious and friendly advisor and sales professional in the game. She is never trying to push me to buy, only to help. With Asia, I always feel like I’m talking to a friend, rather than making a purchase. She has been helping me build my collection of luxury timepieces and curated goods, and let me just say THANK YOU ASIA! If you are planning on stopping in, I highly recommend you speak with her. It is rare to find a luxury showroom that maintains such a warm, elite atmosphere, while treating clients with genuine respect and top-tier hospitality from the second you walk in. Today I came in with my wife, and like myself, she absolutely loves the vibe and energy in the store. She feels just as welcomed and comfortable as I do, which is rare when it comes to ultra luxury timepieces and jewelry. For my wife and I, being able to celebrate our hard work and success by collecting matching timepieces together is deeply important to us, and there is no better place to mark those milestones. The executive team, management, and salon leadership run an absolute masterclass in client relations.
