  I have to say I had the most pleasant experience in the Houston Galleria David Yurman store. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and was introduced to James. James went above and beyond assisting me. I normally purchase on line however my in store experience has now changed the way I will shop with David Yurman. James was most helpful assisting with the selection and size of a ring. There were several other pieces that I was interested in and James helped me make a wish list. James was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend James and this store.

  Had repair done. Never received email nor call that my repair was completed and ready for pick up. Had to call to check on my own. Wouldn’t consider that as great customer service coming from a line such as David Yurman.
