I wouldn’t sell anything to them here. I was dealing with this old guy and he was rude and tried to lowball me. I brought him gold rings and he said $60 for both, saying they were scrap gold. I went somewhere else and got $250. Please learn how to do business.

Juan is a great guy, you can tell he genuinely wants to help his community and make great offers. If you’re in a bind or want a fair offer, talk to Juan! 10/10 will recommend this shop to everyone.

I have been a customer of Crystal Pawn Shop for several years. This is the only pawn shop that I trust and highly recommend. The gentleman that owns the shop is always pleasant with excellent customer service. The communication here is top tier. He is very understanding & beyond reasonable. From my own experience, I can say that his customers matter to him. If ever in need of a trustworthy pawn shop, CRYSTAL PAWN IS IT!!!! I wish this shop nothing but blessings and booming business! If you're in the area, check them out.
