I genuinely like this shoe brand and have given this store multiple chances, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I walk in, there is no greeting, no acknowledgment, and at times when I ask a question, staff don’t even bother to turn around or respond. It honestly feels disrespectful, especially for a brand with such a strong reputation. Customer service is a reflection of the brand, and right now it feels like the staff simply don’t care whether customers are there or not — as if it’s “buy if you want, leave if you don’t.” One of the most important things in retail is attitude, and that’s something this store is seriously lacking. I’m not sure if the owner is aware of what’s happening here, but without proper training and accountability for the team, this kind of service will eventually drive customers away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

I will Never return nor spend my money at this store! She profiles individuals and act like certain demographic don't belong in store. Never spending my money where I don't feel welcomed. She NEVER acknowledged us in any way the 25 minutes we waited. She clearly saw us. When other demographic of folk walked in she greeted them asking if they need help or let her know if she could help them.
