- SRSavannah RoseSep 29, 20262.0The manager at this location refused to take items for exchange without receipt. The person in front of me attempting to exchange without receipt. The manager denied this individual. I was in line right behind this individual exchanging without receipt. I asked the manager did the policy change. She said she don't know about the policy changing. Just at her location they no longer exchange without receipt Directly after, the manager exchanged my item without a receipt. The conversation was nothing more nothing less. Please correct this matter
