  Hey hey hey loves I Absolutely love shopping at the Christian Louboutin boutique inside Saks on Westheimer. Come on now who doesn’t…The shoe selection is amazing with so many beautiful red bottoms and unique styles you don’t always see everywhere else. The boutique itself has such a luxury atmosphere and welcoming energy that makes the whole experience feel elevated and enjoyable. The sales reps were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient without being pushy. The staff was kind and made the experience feel personal and comfortable while helping with sizing and different shoe options. One of the best parts is how easy and convenient it is to shop here. Saks has valet parking right in front which makes it so much easier, especially in the Galleria area where parking can sometimes be stressful. It’s quick to get in and out whether you’re shopping in store, browsing, doing an exchange, or picking up an online order. If you’re looking for an amazing designer shoe selection, excellent customer service, and a beautiful luxury shopping experience in Houston, I definitely recommend Christian Louboutin inside Saks on Westheimer.

  Anthony has been my sales rep at the Houston boutique for about seven years now, and the experience has always been exceptional. His service, attention to detail, and consistency are unmatched. One of the biggest highlights is how they handle special requests. My wife wears a size 34, which is very difficult to find, but they made the process seamless by creating custom shoes for her. When something is a must-have, custom really is the way to go here. To truly appreciate this brand, you have to experience it yourself. The quality and craftsmanship of their designer shoes are on another level. To be honest, I probably own more pairs from this brand than my wife does! Everywhere I go, I always get compliments on my shoes. When people ask what they are, I just lift my foot and show them the red sole, and most of the time they say, “I knew it.” Some styles do come with a protective sole, but I really wish that were standard across all models. I usually take my shoes to Shoe Hospital to add protection—it's not the best quality, but it gets the job done. Also, not every foot can wear this luxury brand comfortably, and they’ve recognized that. With the newer “Miss Z” models, they’ve improved comfort with a slightly wider toe box and more cushioning, making them more wearable than older styles like the So Kate. There’s been talk that the “Miss Z” was inspired by Zendaya, but officially the brand says it was designed with a new generation in mind, not specifically for her. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind luxury experience and top-tier design, this is the place to go.

  I have visited this location twice and had drastically different experiences. On my first visit, I was not acknowledged at all and waited about 10 minutes without anyone welcoming me. As I was about to leave, a sales associate finally approached me, asked what I was looking for, and showed me one option. When I wasn’t impressed with the style, he didn’t offer any alternatives and simply ended the interaction. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. On my second visit, however, I had an entirely different experience. I met Olandria, and she was amazing. She was patient, welcoming, and truly attentive. After I explained what I was looking for in a shoe, she showed me a wide variety of options, even styles I wouldn’t have considered on my own. She adapted to my preferences while also encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone. She never made me feel like a burden and took her time to ensure I found something I loved. Her energy, patience, and dedication made my experience exceptional. She is the perfect example of what a sales associate should be like and truly made me fall in love with the brand. Thank you, Olandria, for such a great shopping experience!

  I shop at Christian Louboutin all over the country , but this store definitely my favorite, the store manager it’s absolutely amazing the way he takes cares of the costumers , highly recommended!!

  Bad customer service they judge like if you not going to buy I had to ask for assistance and when I ask to try my size they didn't had it even when I ask to try different shoe the salesperson wasn't helpful at all. horrible experience for such a brand.
