  I had been a loyal CHANEL client for years, purchasing everything from fine jewelry and SLGs to fragrance and beauty. Unfortunately, the service at the Houston Fashion Boutique has been a complete collapse of luxury standards. Due to a clerical error, an advisor incorrectly registered my classic handbag to a "ghost profile" based only on my husband’s credit card. Despite being told this was corrected, I was notified it was not around September 2025, opening Case #04726828 seven months ago to fix this, I have been met with nothing but administrative excuses. The most frustrating parts of this experience: • No Management Support: Despite this being a store-level error, no one from the Houston management team has ever reached out. My requests for the Boutique Director were dismissed with a business card for an online team. • Warranty Issues: They have refused to provide an email or any written proof that my item is registered for its 5-year warranty. • Unreasonable Demands: Their only "solution" is for me to drive 6 hours round-trip to fix a data error their own staff admitted to making. A luxury purchase should come with accountability. To be ignored by management and denied basic warranty documentation is unacceptable. I hope this review warns other collectors to double-check their profiles at this location.

  Darcie and Moneeque were absolute gems to work with. Moneeque helped immediately, was super responsive, and had what I wanted ready after traveling a few hours to Houston. Darcie was so kind and patient. Can’t wait to work with these ladies again soon!

  I went in excited to buy a bag to match my shoes. The lady Blanca helping me seemed more bothered than thrilled to try to help me. I felt like more of a nuisance than a customer at a fancy boutique store. I decided to go to the Chanel boutique in Neimans instead next door and got excellent service. avoid this store if you can because their service is not good ( and mind you I have bought from them before so I figured they should at least be cordial with me).
