  Breen’s Florist always come through for me. I live in AZ and have lots of friends and family in Houston. Not being there always makes it difficult when ordering flowers. However, Breen’s Florist ALWAYS send fresh, beautiful arrangements that last.

  The flowers were beautiful, bright, and colorful, which I absolutely loved. The arrangement was lovely and exactly the cheerful display I wanted for my mother’s resting place. I did have a few concerns with this delivery. I was a little disappointed that the card was left prominently attached to the front of the arrangement. If the card must remain attached, I would suggest placing it toward the back of the display so that it does not interfere with the presentation. That way, when the arrangement is photographed from the front, you see the full beauty of the flowers rather than the card becoming part of the focal point. In this case, the flowers were far too beautiful for anything to distract from them. I also had to call and request a picture of the completed arrangement. This is the second time I have had to follow up for a photo, and since receiving a picture of the finished arrangement is part of the service I selected, I would appreciate receiving it without having to call and request it. I did notice that a couple of the flowers appeared slightly wilted or droopy, but it was nothing significant enough for me to make an issue of. Overall, I was very pleased with the arrangement itself. The colors were vibrant, the flowers were beautiful, and the design was lovely. My concerns are really about the finishing details and consistency of the service. When I send flowers to my mother’s resting place, I am not there to see them in person. The photograph is my opportunity to see what was placed there on my behalf, which is why both the presentation and receiving the promised photo are particularly important to me. Beautiful work overall. I would just like to see a little more attention given to these final details.

  Breen's Florist is absolutely amazing! I had never done business with them previously, but was referred to them by someone who had used them repeatedly and was beyond satisfied. The moment my phone call was answered, Carol listened to my needs and immediately became personally invested in my desire to purchase a special arrangement. After describing what I was interested in, she quickly began to suggest various floral designs and options. She is so experienced and knowledgeable that it quickly became very apparent to me that she was the perfect expert I needed for my special floral arrangement. She took my interests and her suggestions I liked and fed them to the floral designer. The result was a purely stunning & beautifully designed floral arrangement. Carol went the extra mile to also contact the facility where my arrangement was being delivered to make sure someone would be there to receive it, and to get confirmation that my arrangement would be properly cared for. After the delivery she checked again to make double sure the item I purchased had safely arrived and was going to be placed in the right area. It is almost becoming unheard of to get this sort of care and customer service. I was beyond impressed with the staff's professionalism, politeness, communication skills, and beginning-to-end care. On top of all that, the arrangement was absolutely incredible. The person I sent it to is still commenting to me weekly about how much they adore the arrangement. If I could give Breen's Florist 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Trust Breen's Florist with your next floral needs. You won't be disappointed. I am a forever customer now.

  When we walked into the funeral home from the back, we immediately recognized our floral spray!! This arrangement was so much more than we anticipated! Breen’s Florist has the most knowledgeable designers and their creativity is simply amazing. Our loved one’s family deserved the best and we feel we made the perfect choice in choosing Breen’s Florist. We thank you so much for going beyond our expectations. Our spray was beautiful!

  Thoroughly impressed with how amazing they were and how quickly the turnaround was after ordering last minute due to a loss in the family. Order was placed late the evening before the service (10am the next morning). Not only did Breen's get everything done and delivered in time, but they kept in constant communication, sending me updates via text and email, even sent an actual pic of the arrangement. They're now my go-to for all floral and birthdays/holidays gifts for family in the Houston area. Thanks so much for making this sad moment stress-free. I didn't have to give it a second thought, I knew exactly what the status was without having to check. The family greatly appreciated the beautiful flowers. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
