  Very pleased with both the service and the results! Because it was short notice, we went with Designer's Choice. We called, gave some general information about the recipient and the occasion, and Carol (super helpful and kind!) gave us some flower suggestions as a "base" for them to build from. She said they'd send a picture and to let them know if there was anything we wanted changed before delivery. Wow! We felt they did a great job of "interpreting" the guidance we provided and loved that we were able to give a unique arrangement. The recipient and her mom were both also very impressed with the arrangement and wondered how we'd found the florist (Googled "best florist near..." and went with the one with the highest rating). Bonus: I was pleasantly surprised that there was no rush-order fee and that the delivery fee was VERY reasonable!! Thank you - y'all did great!

  Breens Florist did a beautiful job on the flowers we sent to a friend who had just undergone a successful kidney transplant. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and felt perfect for such a meaningful occasion. It’s clear they put great care into their work. Special flowers for a very special moment. We were so happy with them. 💐

  At the end of January I ordered two orders of arrangements, one for an anniversary, another for the upcoming Valentine's day. The anniversary arrangement was beautiful. I picked them up instead of having them delivered. I scheduled the Valentine's day arrangement to arrive 2/13 so my girlfriend could enjoy them at her desk at work. My girlfriend works a hybrid schedule, but I told her I had something delivered to her workplace so she went into work for the delivery, even though she was originally planning on working from home. The delivery never came to her work. I thought they would get delivered that afternoon and we could just go pick them up later. I never heard anything about the status of the delivery from Breen until almost 8 pm saying the flowers were not able to be delivered. The email that was sent to me said they would try to coordinate with my girlfriend for the delivery attempt. It wasn't until Valentine's night that I lost hope that the $150 arrangement was going to arrive. I called Breen and was left with a voicemail saying it was after business hours. I left a voicemail. I was called back that evening saying the delivery person quit halfway through their shift and 12 deliveries never got delivered. My arrangement never got delivered. The person on the phone said they would send the flowers that evening. The flowers arrived, but almost after Valentine's day. It killed the mood for something I was excited for to give to my special person. That being said, the flowers were beautiful. I just question if I would have EVER got them had I not reached out about them not being delivered. I understand issues happen, but I at least expect some communication to keep me in the loop when issues do happen.

  YMMV. My experience: I picked up a bouquet and vase at the store on Post Oak. Flowers were in surprisingly bad shape. They offered to check if they had another bouquet in the back and returned with something that was definitely better, but given the price ($113 all-in for an in-store pickup), still pretty underwhelming. I left and went to another shop and got something that I was happier with for about half the price.
