  Visited the store in order to try on some things I had seen online. The whole experience was excellent and Arpita was great to work with. She was very accomodating, patient and invested in getting the right fit which I appreciate. Overall I would say it was a great experience and looking forward to coming back in the future!

  As a first time customer I have to say that not only the store but the service far exceeded all expectations. Arpita was the one who assisted putting together my suit together along with my friend. I truly can not say enough positive things about her! She is genuinely amazing and as someone who purchased their first suit ever I couldn’t have been blessed better with an individual to help me with this. Her attention to detail, care for the fit , and eye for what’s right were too noticeable not to make a review about. Bonobos has a customer for life in me and I whole heartedly cannot wait to purchase more from them in the future. My only suggestion is if you can , ask for Arpita when you go.It’s not something you will regret!

  Recently purchased a few suits here. Arpita was a gem and delight to work with! So grateful for her help and conspicuous dedication. I'm typically not loyal to any brand, but when you encounter true help, passion, and care from an individual--plus quality clothes, of course--it causes one to connect differently with the brand. I'll be back!

  Love Bonobos and their staff - especially Arpita. She was so helpful in getting me into some new jeans and some awesome polos. Spent so much time with me and was extremely helpful and patient. I only shop at Bonobos because of the variety, size choices, quality, and the stellar customer service from people like Arpita!!
