After the in store manager and online representative offered to exchange for the same price. The general manager was very dismissive and offered no solutions only for us to pay an additional $400 after we were inconvenienced. The experience has been subpar and would not recommend coming here to others after this engagement with Best Buy. Order number 1126142201393

They delivered our microwave and forgot the installation kit 4 weeks ago. they scheduled the installation 4 times on which I had to take off work. AND-NEVER SHOWED!!! We were promised by Josh the geek squad manager and Samir at Best Buy Outlet that this would be taken care of today, and they just told me we weren’t even on the schedule. NO Respect for peoples time. Done with Best Buy on the way to Lowe’s.
