  There are people who simply do their job, and then there are people like Kayla T., who make you feel like you truly matter. Every time we visit, she greets us with a genuine smile, remembers us, and creates an experience that goes far beyond great customer service. As a parent, what impressed me most was how naturally she connected with my daughter. She was patient, kind, and incredibly warm, making her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. You could tell she genuinely cared, and that made all the difference. The biggest compliment I can give is this: we passed up another Alo location just so we could come back to this one because of Kayla. That’s how much of an impact she has had on our experience. In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, Kayla reminds you what it looks like when someone truly enjoys taking care of people. Because of her, Alo has earned customers for life. Thank you, Kayla, for making every visit feel personal and for treating my daughter with such kindness and care. You are an incredible representative of the Alo brand, and I hope you receive the recognition you deserve.

  Great location to shop at! Super clean and organized! My skirts fit perfect and everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Brittany was amazing and I will definitely be returning based on my experience with her!

  I have been to this location twice in the past month, and both times I was greeted and assisted by staff here. This last weekend I went in for a return, and was set on not needing anything else, I ended up getting another jacket 🤣. My associate was super nice and helped me view the color of an item i really wanted but was out of stock on. Ill be coming back to this location, its less crowded and Im able to go in and out quickly!

  No greetings no acknowledgment once walking in. Staff was rude look at me up and down and walk off
