  Just left the store and I’m not surprised there is more bad reviews than good. The sales associate were awful. Just for that reason, I’d suggest only purchasing online.

  Really bad customer service. My boyfriend is currently in crutches and the alo guy told him rudely to move elsewhere while waiting for a little bit.

  This location offers neither a luxury experience nor an atmosphere worth revisiting. DO NOT shop here. The “manager” Sarah has the poorest attitude I’ve ever experienced in retail. Her willingness to laugh at you, talk down to you, and slap her desk in your face tells me that nobody above her is keeping her in check. She also “knows every manager in Texas” so if you decide to shop at a different location, she’s basically informed them on how to treat you as well. After a terrible experience of trying to return an unworn item, I was accused several times of having worn it. She took my phone, took it off of speaker and laughed in my face. She proceeded to let me know how “above me” she was because she believed every manager in Texas would side with her. My original purchase was in Austin at the South Congress location and the manger Bri was amazing in dealing with this situation. She told me that making it right should have been the goal. Sarah did not want to make it right. She wanted to show me that she’s the boss and it almost appears that from the reviews at this store, she’s racist towards Latinos. I have reached out to my local representative in regards to the previous comments from other Latino customers who were treated badly seemingly based on skin tone. I also have reached out to Corporate and asked them to review the footage of our interaction because slapping your hand on the desk in a Customers face is abhorrent behavior. Sarah should NOT be a manager. She should not be someone her crew looks to as an example on how to treat customers. And Alo has a long way to go in the way of customer experience.

  He sido clienta de alo desde antes que se volviera tendencia, por casi 10 años cuando era una marca dirigida a Yoga tengo mi mat por más de 5 años y quería una nueva! Un solo uso, uno solo, se desprendió de uno de los lados el material, el material de se descolorida con un solo uso, decepcionada de la calidad! El día siguiente visite la tienda me atendió una persona pesada desde un inicio le explicó lo sucedido y ella parecía NO IMPORTARLE como si estuviera yo hablando con el aire me dijo que quiero hacer si quiero un cambio y le dije claro que NO QUIERO UN CAMBIO la calidad es PÉSIMA!!!!! La que tengo una por más de 5 años es de una calidad es superior a lo q están vendiendo en la actualidad ! El servicio al cliente es muy pesado sin interes

  I want to give them zero stars!!! Walked in and was greeted but the sale associates was not helpful. I had two of them walked pasted me and they did not speak nor ask if I needed any assistance. When I found what I was looking for I had to walk up to the two guys at the register to ask for a dressing room because they definitely wasn’t trying to assist me. When I went in the dressing room I realized that the kind of service that I was receiving my money nor my credit card is not worth spending at this point so I left and as I was leaving the guy who did put me in the dressing room didn’t say anything and another associate looked at me and didn’t ask if I needed anything. She just looked at me and kept walking. The Galleria location would never treat a customer like that and I would NEVER go back to that location again!
