  I visited on Sunday, and while checking into the fitting room, the employee abruptly told me to “stand over there.” I didn’t realize there was a designated place to wait, the interaction came across as rude. I understand the store can get busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy. I hope the team can work on providing friendlier customer service, especially when someone is simply asking a question or doesn’t know the process.

  I have never experienced customer service this disrespectful and unprofessional from a clothing company. Your return and exchange team treated me with complete disrespect. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, they came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Every interaction made it feel as though customers are nothing more than a burden to your company. It is unbelievable that a business expects customers to spend their money and then tolerate being spoken to in such an unacceptable manner. Your staff’s attitude is completely inappropriate for anyone working in customer service. Basic courtesy and respect seem to be missing entirely. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in your brand. I will never purchase from your company again, and I will make sure to warn others about the way your return and exchange department treats its customers. People deserve to know what they can expect before spending their money with your business.

  Absolutely the worst experience and an incredibly rude manager. Wanted to purchase a tank and the only one they had in store in the color I wanted was on the mannequin. They refused to take it off the mannequin for me to purchase and told me I could just order it. This was after another employee told me she could take it off the mannequin if I wanted. I’ll take my money elsewhere and would suggest you do the same or at least go to a different Alo where they care about customer service.

  My option, checkout staff was some of the most rude, unprofessional and non-hospitable people I’ve encountered in a retail environment. I’ve had friendly and better serve at a discount retail provider, much less what this store is attempting to be a very high end retailer. Asked politely to speak to a manager - none were there to be found. I will not be returning to this store.

  The store has the worst customer service on earth. They’re very helpful when selling an item but when there’s an issue with the item, they seem to be handicapped. I purchased two items from this store; one at Christmas and one shortly thereafter. I paid up to 180 for each item. After washing them a couple of times the metal logo started to corrode and change colors. When I ask the store employees why this would be happening and what my options are….They told me I had to contact the company through the website. This was BS. The website only deals with orders and locating orders. To this day, I have not found out how I contact customer service to get help with defective products. I expect that when I pay such a high price for an item, it will last beyond a month or two. I guess ALO does not stand behind their products.
