I’ve shopped here for a while but my wife loves this store. Today I let her go shopping with my sister so they could go and just spend time together while I run errands to find out that some younger asian male worker told my wife that a jacket she was looking at was “expensive” And around “$148”. First of all what is that supposed to mean? That she can’t afford it or that he thinks she’s looking at something too pricy? She was only trying to find the size and what I find crazy is that it’s never happened until today and she called me complaining that she felt judged for no reason! When she went into golden goose to buy her shoes not a single person made any stupid remark like that or even going to lululemon. So to hear this from her is ridiculous so I will not be a returning customer and I hope someone does something about this employee. Also the manager wasn’t interested in hearing any type of feedback about the situation and just asked to describe the associate stating “okay well i’ll talk to him” and then hanging up. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.

So today my girls went to this store to buy some items. The young asian man working today with manager Courtney at the Houston galleria location was so unprofessional! I am beyond upset because this piece of crap employee stereotyped them. These girls spend a lot of money for this brand and were treated so unfairly as if they couldn’t afford it. The manager had no care or regard to their complaint of what he said. I will share with all my friends and social media platforms and in hopes things can change at that location. I have even considered never buying Alo again because of this incident. Do better Alo and I hope a GM sees this and can fix the issue. Seems to start with management if they can’t address the issue!
