  Great customer service today from Isabel! I can’t say the same about the rest of the staff, though. I stood there feeling confused for a while as multiple employees walked by without even acknowledging me. Thankfully, Isabel approached me and completely turned the experience around. She gave me true five-star service so patient, attentive, and took the time to explain how bras should properly fit. I also applied for the store credit card and received 30% off my purchase, which was a nice bonus. I know employees sometimes get credit for those applications, so I specifically asked the cashier to make sure Isabel received it. She said she would, but I’m not entirely confident, especially since she was also one of the employees who initially didn’t acknowledge me. Overall, Isabel made the visit worth it!

  We went in, and I accidentally bumped into one of the hangers, and the worker told us to be careful, and my friend told me to be careful, and then she got an attitude and tried to start an argument with my friend, when NO ONE was talking to her. Horrible service.
