- MTMatt TorresJun 22, 20261.0I want to give credit to the staff here in The Beauty Department, who were incredibly sweet to me my very first day visiting here. However, when I came back the next day, I politely asked the manager if I could sit in there. Instead of nicely explaining a store policy, the manager immediately threw me out of the store, told me I couldn't be in there, and said I had to go walk around the mall. I actually planned on buying something while I was there, but I obviously won't now. Treating a polite customer like a problem is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Don’t waste your money there—go somewhere where management treats people with basic respect.
