- NMNick Meehl4 days ago1.0Web site is trash. Was trying to buy the Garmin venu 4. I checked the box "in stock" for the store and it says available, great. Drive 45 min to the store to purchase and it's not in stock or available. Have to order online and it ships 7-10 days from the manufacturer to my house for additional shipping cost. I'm very disappointed.

This was even though they were soon going to close and didn’t mind the kiddos taking a look around and were assisting my son on his search. (He has autism and currently has a fixation on the kraken.) We would definitely shop here again!

I live on the Laguna Madre and have fished here since the 70's, so its not something new to me. Iwas asking about equipment for surf fishing in Costa Rica, Eli knew what I wanted and we put together what I believe to be the perfect set up.. The store manager was rude and unwelcoming. When I approached, she never acknowledged my presence or greeted me with a simple “hello.” Instead, she gave the impression that my being there was an inconvenience and seemed bothered by having to assist me. As a customer, I believe a friendly greeting and basic courtesy should be part of every interaction. I have always enjoyed shopping at Bass Pro Shops, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration so that future customers receive the level of service your company is known for.
