  I am extremely disappointed with my recent order and the overall quality of the delivery service. I ordered flowers and chocolate-covered strawberries with the expectation that they would arrive fresh and in presentable condition. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive until the following day, and when it was received, the flowers were already wilted and dying, the chocolate was melting, and the strawberries did not appear or taste fresh. Additionally, the card that was supposed to accompany the order was missing, which was especially disappointing considering this was intended to be a thoughtful gift. The delivery experience was also unacceptable. The driver left the items sitting on the ground outside without ringing the doorbell, knocking, or making any attempt to notify the recipient that the delivery had arrived. This likely contributed to the poor condition of the items. Given the condition of the flowers and strawberries, the missing card, delayed delivery, and lack of proper delivery notification, this order did not meet reasonable expectations for the service I paid for. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly and that an appropriate refund or replacement be provided.

  I want to give 5 stars to Maria and Elvia. I received the best customer service from these 2 ladies. They took great care of me and made sure that I had what I needed to surprise my wife. I Tully appreciate both ladies. Thank you again for all of your help today.

  Ordered flowers and sweets for a small gift on my anniversary and this is what was received. Flowers were decent at least.

  Ordered an arrangement for mother’s day to be delivered to my wife at work on mother’s day. I checked around noon and it showed they were two stops away. It showed two stops away for the next almost 6 hours. It says on the website that they deliver to businesses by 5 on holidays too. The arrangement didn’t arrive til right before 6 pm. I watched the whole afternoon while the website showed it to be two stops away as they drove all around Killeen. Needless to say my wife didn’t get her arrangement til the next day because she got off work at 5.

  Ordered flowers for Wife's birthday. Delivered wilted and moldy. Seems like they were left over flowers from Mother's Day over 10 days ago. Not "Fresh" as advertised. Found out they aren't even arranged in store, they are just delivered there and then a 3rd party drives them to the destination. Also the Tip it asks on website that is advertised as going to the arranger, doesn't go to the person in store at all, it goes to the driver. Was also told I received $70 flowers at a fraction of the price but they definitely were not. Was going to give them another try if they could help more on the refund, or be a little more understanding over the phone or try to make things a little more accommodating, but would not, and will not use them again. Wish the best for the store but needs to quality check ite.s that go out and Edible Arrangements need to fix their website and not misdirect buyer and have it look bad on the franchise store owner. The only reason I didnt give them a 1 star was because the balloon was intact and inflated.
