I go there during my lunch break for calibration. It’s always so easy so uncomplicated the gentleman at the window knows what he’s doing. I just plug in and he plugged in. Oh, and just so you know, I’m calling you the morning of 6/1 I’m gonna try to make an appointment for 1 o’clock for my removal

Great customer service! Way better than the Fort Worth North Location. Joshua (the manager) was insanely quick removing my device and was patient with me getting my approval from collections.
Recommend 10/10 to make this place your monthly location if you’re ordered to use Smart Start!

This location is the best out of 4 I've been to. Its clean, the technicians treat you with respect. Unlike some centers that feel like your a problem and also forget that YOUR PERSONAL problem is providing them a job. The only service place that I've been to where, even if its only 1 technician working at the time, that 1 technician will work on 2 cars at the same time, even though they have 1 bay AND its not a drive thru center. You pull in and back out. Talk about efficiency!!! Most places have 2 or 3 areas that cars can park in for service, but they would rather milk the clock, work on 1 car at a time, hoping that you will get tired of waiting and pull off. I wish the instructions were on a sign outside, explaining how to get in line, for the people who have never been there for calibration. Simply pull up " horizontal" to the entrance, sorta like in a drive thru, in front of the building, dont park " vertically" facing the store front, UNLESS YOUR THERE FOR AN INSTALL. If for an install, park as you normally would, go inside, check in, they will get you in to the back of the bay, in-between the calibration services. Also as of "MAY THE 4TH, be with you" 2026 Google maps is still showing its in the second/middle row of buildings, it the 3rd row, farthest from Carson street. The signage is on the entrance. Good luck, GOD SPEED.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?
Check with your state authority to see if you are allowed to unplug your Ignition Interlock before doing so.
Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
