  I’ve been a loyal Sunglass Hut customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars with this company, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I ordered a very expensive pair of sunglasses online and had them shipped to my local store. The entire process has been an absolute nightmare. The carrier shows the package was delivered last week and even provided a photo showing it was delivered to the mall. However, the Sunglass Hut website still shows the order as “Shipped” with an incorrect delivery date, and the store claims they never received it. I’ve called multiple times, visited the store in person, and nobody seems to have any answers. The employees were polite, but they had no way to escalate the issue, no customer service phone number to provide, and essentially just shrugged and told me, “Maybe it will show up.” Trying to get help from customer service was equally frustrating. There is no easy way to speak with an actual person. I had to go through an online chat system, wait around for assistance, and was eventually told to submit a lost package claim. As an apology, they sent me a 40% off coupon code—which didn’t even work when I tried to use it. To make matters worse, I submitted feedback on the website and specifically requested that someone contact me. Nobody ever did. So here I am, days later, with: • No sunglasses. • No refund. • No working coupon code. • No communication. • No resolution. For a company that sells premium products at premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re going to charge hundreds of dollars for sunglasses, you need to have a support system in place when things go wrong. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has seriously damaged my trust in Sunglass Hut. After years of being a loyal customer, I’m honestly questioning whether I’ll ever purchase from them again.

  I had a very negative customer service experience here. I bought sunglasses at the galleria and was told that I could return them at any sunglass Hut. Erica the manager at Grapevine Mills was very rude to me, and told me because they were Meta Display glasses I had to go to the original store across town. I called corporate support and the other store. They both said I should be able to return them to any store regardless if they're Meta Display or not. I think she just didn't want to do the work of processing a return, and didn't care if I wasted time and gas driving across town. I've had great experiences at other sunglass huts, but I'd recommend staying away from this one due to poor customer service. And if corporate reads these I would recommend additional training on public relations and store policy for managers like Erica.

  Worst place to visit. Choose some other branch at-least .. too much attitude for the employees in this particular store .. particularly that Asian guy I don’t know his name so just mentioning the race to identify the guy.. he is wearing way too much attitude.. the way he speaks is just not acceptable and such a racist behavior and judges customers by their look .. ppl have 10000+ of outlets to buy glass he thinks it’s the only store in the world to buy glasses 😂😂.. .. no wonder I didn’t check the reviews before visiting the store. If sunglass hut management reads this comments, please teach that guy some manners to behave like a human and then teach him how to behave like salesman
