    My watch stopped working after a year and I went to Movado to see what could be done. The elderly white lady I initially spoke with wasn’t really willing to help and just told me to call customer service, but Ziyaan was very helpful. He took the time to listen and made the replacement possible for me. I really appreciate him going the extra mile instead of just sending me away. Movado is lucky to have him. Thank you, Ziyaan, for the great customer service!

    No services offered here except battery replacement if your watch is not past 8 years old. The brand has suffered from being sold in department stores.
