- PBPatrick Bewley3 days ago2.0Great products, but service is awful at this store. We’ve been here almost 30 min and no one has said anything or asked if we need help. There are service people on the floor but they’re just chatting and ignoring customers. Went up front to pay, lady didn’t acknowledge us for between 1-2 min and then when she was ready, just looked at us and said, “Ready?” Also, they can see products at other stores and instead of offering a shipping option, said we have to drive to the other stores. Approx spend was around $200, but I think we’ll find an another Express.

I was then called by another cashier and I Wanted to apply for one of their credit cards. And no one knew what was going on. Used your be easier to do it and someone would help us at the front. All they told me was I don't know how to do it and to do it online my self. Excellent customer service! Not.
