  This was the worse experience I had with this particular store. I've ordered from other locations and never experienced this. My order was supposed to be delivered on 09/25/2026. They didn't receive it until the next day 08/26/2026. They didn't receive the flowers that were supposed to accompany the order. The fruit was placed on a plastic dollar tree tray and not the wooden tray displayed online and one that I've received before on corre t tray from another location. I couldn't reach them until three days later to have them send flowers. They sent wilted flowers that were just put in a white vase. No arrangement at all. My sister-in-law had to cut stems and arrange flowers herself. It was their anniversary gift. Customer service was horrible. It took them 3 days to answer phone when they were supposed to be open. I suggest never using this location. I'm so upset.

  I had an amazing experience with Edible Arrangements! I placed an order for my anniversary, and an Erica went above and beyond by staying late to make sure my order was completed and ready. Her dedication and willingness to help, even after hours, meant a lot to me and helped make our anniversary special. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated the extra effort. Employees like Erica are what make a business stand out. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Placed an order this morning for one of their smaller plates for delivery just over $80 called at about two and the individual that answered the phone said that their business hours are until five. That’s great. Our business hours are until four. She stated that she would call us when everything was ready and we could pick it up. Never called we called her. It was ready. We left to go pick it up. When we picked it up, she was still in her pajamas. What kind of business is that? The presentation did not match the cost. Neither did the taste. The pineapple was not ripe. The strawberries were half assed dipped in chocolate some of them had zero chocolate. Zero stars
