  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience regarding an order I placed today. This order was important to me, as I was hoping it would help improve a difficult day for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet expectations. When I called to inquire about my order and request expedited delivery, I was placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes and then disconnected without any resolution. I attempted to call back multiple times—four in total—but was unable to reach anyone. This lack of response is both frustrating and unprofessional. During my initial call, I made it clear that I was willing to pay any additional fees necessary to ensure the order arrived at a specific time, yet I was not given the opportunity to complete that request. I have been a loyal customer since around 2008–2009, and this experience is very disappointing. At this point, my order has still not been received or marked as out for delivery, which adds to my concern. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing this issue, along with an update on my order status. Additionally, I believe this situation warrants review to ensure better customer service moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. And I’m just getting a email after all these hours they really drop the ball today

  Received a coupon in the mail for a free fruit dip cone, but unfortunately, the coupon did not work when I got to the store. The cashier was super nice, she explained nicely that it was a national thing, not just our coupon. In the end she accommodated us and That's the type of customer service I love!

  Ordered an edible arrangement for Valentine’s Day for my friends and the flowers were gorgeous and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious! Thank you for making our day!

  Fruit bouquet was really nice. Some thing different. I send it to my friend she love it. Staff at the store was friendly & professional. Good job keep it up guys.

  My friend had suggested me to use ediable arrangement. Some thing different for my mother Birthday. My Mom love the fruit bouquet. The staff was approachable they help me in choosing the item. It was packed neatly and delivered on time. What surprise me is the follow up call after delivering the item to make sure about the customer satisfaction. Good job guys.
