  Bass Pro Shops is a great place to visit, with a huge selection of outdoor gear and plenty to explore. The store has a really cool atmosphere, from the detailed displays to the variety of equipment for fishing, hunting, and camping. Even if you’re just browsing, there’s always something interesting to check out. Went to the fishing department at the Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine and had an amazing experience. Jake is hands down the best employee there. He has helped me with all my problems and always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. He always has a welcoming smile and makes you feel comfortable asking any questions. Honestly, if ratings were out of 50 instead of 5, I’d give him a 50 or even higher. He’s a great guy who truly cares about helping people. Whether you’re a beginner with a lot of questions or more experienced, Jake will take care of you and make sure you leave confident. He’s easily my number one all-time Bass Pro employee. If you need help in the fishing department, ask for Jake you won’t regret it.

  I had an outstanding experience at Bass Pro Shops during a visit with my husband, all thanks to Rodney and Ben. We actually came to this location three days in a row, and every single time they were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. From start to finish, they made the entire process of purchasing a firearm smooth, professional, and stress-free. Rodney and Ben were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. They answered all of our questions with patience and never made us feel rushed. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety really stood out. What I appreciated most was their genuine customer service, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such a friendly and approachable attitude. If you’re visiting Bass Pro, I highly recommend asking for Rodney and Ben. They made our experience exceptional!
