  I stopped into Sunglass Hut looking for a gift for my boyfriend and had such a great experience with the manager, Vanessa. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for, but she was incredibly helpful and made it easy to find something that was the right fit. She was patient, had great insight, and made sure I was happy with my choice. I really appreciated that she took the time to help me instead of making me feel rushed (I was in there for like an hour 😅). All in all, my boyfriend loved the sunglasses, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Vanessa was fantastic and is a great example of what customer service SHOULD be. Vanessa, if you’re reading this- thank you so much and I will be back soon! The whole family needs new sunglasses!

  Very unfortunate experience with this location. I paid to have new lenses put on my current RB shades. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks, I paid and left my shades at the store on June 13 as they said they had to ship it off to get repaired. I called a couple of time and each time they said they had no visibility on the order and therefore could not give me a solid update on when I would get my shades back. I go to the location today June 27 just to find out my shades have been there the whole time and they were waiting for the lenses to come in, I was never told my shades would remain at the store, they told me they needed to be shipped off. All in all, I was never provided with an update and when I expressed my concern with the "manager" Vanessa, she had a very indifferent attitude and basically said, it is what it is and to call corporate if I had a problem. She definitely needs to be properly trained. I expect better service from Sunglass Hut!

  It was my first time going to the Sunglass Hut. I went to the location at the Grand Prairie outlet stores. I Went in to get my birthday present, which was the Meta AI Skyler GEN 2 Glasses. Stephanie was very professional and knowledgeable about these glasses, as well as letting me know the promo and different payment options that they had going on. It was a lot of information, but she was very patience in explaining everything to me.

  They know how to sale but don’t know how to take care. You can buy they can ship scratched sunglasses but you can’t return.
