  I am very disappointed with my recent return experience. After bringing my return to the store, I trusted that the item would be processed correctly. However, an employee failed to place the new return shipping label on the package. Because of this mistake, the package was sent back to my home instead of being returned to Ralph Lauren as intended. This error caused unnecessary delays, extra trips, and a great deal of frustration on my end. I had to spend additional time resolving an issue that should have been handled correctly the first time. Throughout the process, communication regarding my refund was unclear, leaving me uncertain about when I would receive my money back. For a company with Ralph Lauren's reputation, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. A simple mistake by an employee created a lengthy and stressful return process that could have easily been avoided.

  For Father’s Day weekend, if you spend $200 you get free embroidery on World Cup shirts. I made the purchase and I’m standing in maybe 1 hr line and when it’s finally my turn I’m looking for a specific flag that they don’t have. I ask if they could add to the shirt and she says no, I said well i wish you would have explained before, she said if you don’t want them go return your purchase. Very bad customer service.

  Cute selection of clothes that’s very stylish for both men and women! Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful especially Ms. Kierra, she went the extra mile to check sizes in the back for me and found just what I needed.

  Had such a lovely experience at the Polo store in Premium Outlets 🛍️✨ The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our shopping trip so much more enjoyable. Everyone was attentive, but we especially want to give a big shoutout to Laren — he was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our time in store. Laren went above and beyond to assist both me and my husband, making sure we found exactly what we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to come across such warm and thoughtful service these days. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had — we’ll absolutely be coming back! 💕
