I was actually really excited to go to this Michael Kors because I was picking out a gift for my best friends birthday and ended walking out so disappointed. They ran out of bags and the box covers for the wallet I purchased and put the items in a clear plastic. Do better @michaelkors you’re an outlet you know you get tons of customers purchasing items and coming in for the full experience of shopping at your store.

I love this place and when I'm in that area I never miss a chance to stop in. Today was horrible. The amount of perfume that was being sprayed in that store was sickening. Not only myself but other customers had to walk out cause it was making breathing so hard. The smell was outrageous. I have bad allergies and it was set off. Another lady had asthma and it caused her to go into distress. Every customer seemed to come in and just spray and spray. I know that advertising is a good thing but protecting your customers and keeping us safe is even better. I couldn't even get the cross body that I wanted because I had to leave. Very disappointing.
