  I was actually really excited to go to this Michael Kors because I was picking out a gift for my best friends birthday and ended walking out so disappointed. They ran out of bags and the box covers for the wallet I purchased and put the items in a clear plastic. Do better @michaelkors you’re an outlet you know you get tons of customers purchasing items and coming in for the full experience of shopping at your store.

  Very rude employee, went in yesterday with my mom and while we were looking at watches the employee, who we later find out is an assistant manager, said “I don’t know why you are looking at the watches if you’re not going to buy anything” after this she proceeded to talk about us to other customers insinuating that we were thief’s. These comments made me and my family feel racially targeted and belittling.
