I was then helped by the assistant manager Mayra (beautiful and fashionable). This experience felt like being in a personalized boutique, where even though small, you feel truly taken care of. The clothes I held while shopping were thoughtfully taken off my hands, put in a dressing room for me, and lined up beautifully. I also had to pause at the name tag once I arrived at the dressing room. Adorable!!! Top tier quality service!!

I normally don’t post reviews like this because I usually just move on, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being judged. Maybe it was because I was wearing gym shorts, a T-shirt, and sandals, but the attitude I received from the staff was unwelcoming and disrespectful. As a loyal customer for many years, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect as anyone else, regardless of how I was dressed. I won’t go into every detail, but I left feeling disappointed by the way I was treated. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed and valued, no matter their appearance. I sincerely hope this location takes customer service seriously and ensures everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
