- A5Alisha 504GIRL6 days ago1.0Bad customer service! I will not suggest this location for returns, So if y'all tags isn't attached to the clothing they will not issue a return not even an exchange. NOT EVEN IF YOU GOT THE RECEIPT. The BIG TALL Lady thats works there be having a bad day or sum but has an ugly attitude so rude. Y'all go to the Arlington location its better good service & they will allow you to do returns with no issues with or without tags & also with or Without receipt they will look it up with the card method you paid with. I will highly recommend you to the Arlington location off Arkansas they have better stuff there too.

- SBshekinah bradleyApr 17, 20261.0Store in Grand Prairie wouldn’t take back my clothes because the tag wasn’t physically attached but I had my receipt and the tags in attached in the bag. Terrible customer service and was irritated because the AC doesn’t work in the store.
