Nobody's there behind the counter waited roughly 10 minutes. Then, the girl that greeted me comes over to take my payment????? Then again one month later round the same time 2:30-3ish walk in, go to the counter, nobody there. Nobody in line and still have to wait for somebody to come and take my payment when there's 3 or 4 people there. Standing around??????
