- DMdgo_ Manuel1 day ago1.0Today I experienced terrible service at this location,was being profiled as I walked in to buy my product,followed me around the store which I’ve never had this happen to me as a daily customer,Taylor at the register got offended because I tried paying with 2 transactions and thought it was my brothers money and denied using my money to pay for it , sad to say yall have lost a loyal customer.

I was having him sit on them to see fit, comfort, etc. An employee out of nowhere comes out and starts yelling at him to get off, it's not a toy. Hearing this, I step over towards them and explain we are looking to purchase. She kept running her mouth saying he needs to get off and she doesn't give a SH! T he can't be on them. Next thing I know she grabs his arm and yanks him off. I demanded to speak to the Manager and she probably Boasts she IS the Manager and if I didn't like it I could get out. At this point I've had about enough. Guest services kindly gave me her name Michelle Beaupierre) and apologized for her behavior. I will never go back to Bass Pro again, I will be purchasing from Polaris or Yamaha in the future. I will most likely seek legal on the fact this woman felt the need to yank my child off the ATV. Strongly suggest you take good look at who you have representing your business.

- ABAvery BApr 24, 20264.0This Bass Pro is in a great area, is very clean, and does have a good selection but it is not a full sized bass pro. It’s not the smallest I’ve ever seen but if you are expecting a big one with lots of fish and trophy rooms this is not it.
