  I was disappointed with the customer service at American Eagle. Although the checkout line was not long, the wait was extremely long. When I asked an employee if someone else could help at the register, no one came. One employee walked by, and I was told he would not assist with checking out customers. There was only one cashier while several other employees were walking around the store. Better staffing and customer service are needed, especially during busy times. I hope management addresses this issue so customers do not have to wait so long.

  Went to return some stuff I got online that was too big the girl at the register (sorry I didn’t get her name) was super sweet and helpful in exchanging them. Went to get sized for bras T was super helpful in trying to find what worked best for me, she was so sweet and nice definitely went above and beyond to help me. Whoever is in charge get these women a raise ASAP! Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Especially in retail where most experiences I’ve had have not been pleasant 10/10 love them 💕

  I went out shopping with my sister Sunday afternoon and we stopped into this store. We were greeted immediately and went about shopping. A lovely staff by the name of Leann (Ducky) came by and was an absolute amazing sales staff. She helped us find everything we needed. Helped us get different sizes while in the dressing room, made sure we got our extra 20% off and just was so sweet and upbeat with her attitude! Thank you Ducky for everything!
