    I had an online order that I chose the option to return to the store so I did not have to pay return shipping. After I dropped it off, I realized they did not give me a receipt. I called them to see if they forgot to give me one, and they said they don't do that. This location refused to provide me a receipt, even though I called corporate customer service who said they are supposed to do so. Now I have no proof I dropped off my items and might just never get my money back.

    Today my daughter called me in tears. She went to your store to make an exchange on some items she brought on sale. When she got to the store the sale had ended so she ended up only buying one of the items at regular price. When she got to the checkout the sales lady told her, “you’re buying this at regular price, that’s crazy!” Granted what she said was not bad, and my daughter usually doesn’t care what others think, but it broke her today. She said she felt like an idiot, humiliated and stupid. She hit a breaking point. Of course I told my kid who cares what that woman said! I mean why even say that? Aren’t you trying to make a sale? The situation may sound irrelevant but it wasn’t to my kid; not at that exact moment and time. Just remember….you never know what someone is going through…..have grace.

    Love the employees here, always so helpful and welcoming. Angela is absolutely amazing , she is so dedicated to making sure you find what you need . I did not have an appointment for a bra fitting, and the store was pretty busy. Angela didn’t mind and measured me as well as help me find the right style of bra for my measurements. She is so sweet, and cares about her customers. The store is always clean and tidy , compared to other locations.
