  Since when are we not allowed to return clothes without a tag?? I’ve shopped at many American Eagles where I’ve returned things without a tag on it, because I was told “it can be reattached and it wouldn’t be a problem.” A much more customer centric approach. I bought a pair of pants on Monday, and attempted to return them today. I have not worn them, damaged them or anything. They are exactly the way they were when I bought them minus the tag. I brought my receipt and the bag they came in and even the tag to the pants. Yet I was told no. But a month ago this was allowed. Terrible and inconsistent service. I dont recommend this location at all.

  Just came from this store and I’m always reminded why I never step foot into this location specifically. The employees seem to be racially profiling customers. If you don’t fit their idea of who should be shopping there, you’ll get eyes on you. While looking at a clearance rack, I noticed the cashier basically signal to the fitting room woman to go ask a non white mom and daughter if they needed a fitting room. They were still looking at a rack, not even close to needing a fitting room yet. I just think that’s an odd thing to do…it’s 2026. While I did find things to buy, I won’t be returning to this location. Such a shame to still be racially profiling paying customers in 2026 and this definitely isn’t the first I’m hearing of it from this location as some of the reviews here have experienced this as well.

  I was considering making a purchase but decided not to proceed after my experience at the register. The interaction did not meet my expectations for customer service, and the communication during the exchange could have been more effective. Additional training focused on customer service skills, positive engagement, and professionalism may help improve the experience for future customers.

  I was ignored by some unkempt schlub in a plaid shirt while I was in line. Chris was a sweetheart and his nails slay. Work on promoting the good from the slacking Sexism and racism has no place in 2026
