I love Plato’s but for the love of god just go to another location. This one has always done me dirty. They don’t accept buys other than the 1st hour they open at 10-11 am. And I follow their instagram yet have not stated that anywhere. Who has time to wait till they open mid day and rush over to sell cloths that mind you they probably won’t take unless they are still tags on it. I’ve also been told they only will take 10% of the bag I bring. The inconsistency of this place is crazy to me and they also over charge for things that wouldn’t cost that much brand new at Walmart. Greenway location takes buys open to 4pm and the one off 290 is more organized and always cheaper prices.

Store hour online is wrong, many customers showed up around 6pm on Sunday and the store's already closed. Their website didn't state a specific time frame to drop off clothes and I had to come here for more times than needed because they dont public information on the internet

This place is just so weird to me. I go because it’s close to my house and convenient. But their employees are so wishy washy. There is one girl who is consistently nice (can’t remember her name but she’s been there a couple years) but that’s it. This place also will make up random rules without telling anyone (no sign on the door, literally nothing unless you are lucky they pick up their phone and tell you). One example is now they are only taking buys withing the FIRST HOUR OF OPENING THEIR STORE. Like what lol?? There are much better places to sell your clothes that not only offer more in the area (Uptown Cheapskate for one), and you don’t have to deal with the inconsistency of their random policies they decide to put in place (that feels like on a whim or if they feel like it). So sad because it would be much better if they were just consistent and nice. Also the things they decide to keep versus not will depend ON THE EMPLOYEE (again very based on their feelings & personality of the person you have that day, which is wild to me). I’ve taken some items one day that were turned away and the next day we’re happily accepted by that one girl that is nice that works there. I think the keyword here is consistency I don’t know how this place stays in business to be honest at this point at this location.
