The worst customer service!! The people on the registers(especially the black lady, I think the manager) are so rude and act like they are above everyone and don’t take the time to explain the simplest things. It doesn’t take a lot to be nice. Dresses are okay but cheap quality.

Not only were the employees eyeing us down the whole damn time. As I was leaving this older heavier black employee accused me of taking some clips when I looked at those and put them back. I was walking around with pasties and decided to buy them online and put them up. She kept saying I took them elsewhere, so I told her to check my bags and cameras she walked away all mad ash. Fire this woman this ain’t her first complaint

Be prepared to stand in line for the dressing room for at least an hour and a half on a weekend...and no you can’t just buy all the ones you like go try them on and return the ones that don’t work.... nothing is returnable for any reason. Asinine.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The store manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve my issue. Instead of providing assistance, I was left to contact customer service myself and spent over 30 minutes on the phone to get the help I needed. Customer service was ultimately able to resolve the issue, which makes it even more frustrating that the manager was not willing to assist in the first place. I expect store management to be professional, courteous, and focused on helping customers, but that was not my experience. I hope the company addresses this lack of customer service so future customers are treated with more respect and support.
