  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The store manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve my issue. Instead of providing assistance, I was left to contact customer service myself and spent over 30 minutes on the phone to get the help I needed. Customer service was ultimately able to resolve the issue, which makes it even more frustrating that the manager was not willing to assist in the first place. I expect store management to be professional, courteous, and focused on helping customers, but that was not my experience. I hope the company addresses this lack of customer service so future customers are treated with more respect and support.

  The workers are so rude and unhelpful, the only nice one was the girl with a pixie cut in the dressing rooms.

  Walked in looking for a cute graduation party dress for my daughter, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. Every associate either had their head down or looked at us without even offering a greeting. As a customer service manager myself, that is my #1 pet peeve 😤acknowledge your customers and make them feel welcome. Instead, we felt completely invisible and uncomfortable the entire time. No one offered assistance or even asked if we needed help, so we turned around and left shortly after entering. This occurred between approximately 12:30–1:30 PM on 5/21/26. Management seriously needs to train employees on basic customer service and customer engagement. A simple greeting goes a long way.

  Extremely poor customer service at the Windsor store in Stonebriar Frisco. I tried to return an unworn item with tags, and the cashier (Seyquoia) immediately claimed there was a stain and refused the return. She was very impolite, didn’t even acknowledge my greeting, and walked away in the middle of our conversation while I was still asking for help. She also refused to provide her name or connect me with a higher manager. It’s very concerning that someone acting this way identifies herself as a manager. I returned the next day, and a different associate carefully checked the item and processed the refund without any issue—confirming it was in original condition. This was unprofessional, inconsistent, and very frustrating. I hope management addresses how customers are treated
