  Extremely poor customer service at the Windsor store in Stonebriar Frisco. I tried to return an unworn item with tags, and the cashier (Seyquoia) immediately claimed there was a stain and refused the return. She was very impolite, didn’t even acknowledge my greeting, and walked away in the middle of our conversation while I was still asking for help. She also refused to provide her name or connect me with a higher manager. It’s very concerning that someone acting this way identifies herself as a manager. I returned the next day, and a different associate carefully checked the item and processed the refund without any issue—confirming it was in original condition. This was unprofessional, inconsistent, and very frustrating. I hope management addresses how customers are treated

  I’m a slightly bigger girl and I wear a Windsor xl and I genuinely looked at every dress on the racks and I only found 1 absolutely hideous xl dress, when I asked an employee if they had any xl in the back she rudely said “we don’t carry anything that would fit you.” I do not advise this place. I’m a literal child just looking for a prom dress. Windsor hire better employees

  Most organized Windsor I have been to! Queen was such a great help in trying to help me find my outfit for the night. Will be returning to this location!

  We've been shopping her for the last 5 years. Every year we buy my wife a dress for christmas. This year we were told at 7 pm that we couldn't try on any of the non refundable dresses because it was 1 hour before closing. After explaining to Co manager Cheyenne that we couldn't by a dress for over a hundred dollars at the risk of needing a different size, she told us that we could come back in the morning. We have jobs and can only shop in the early evenings. She had no problem losing our business so she could clean her fitting rooms during businesss hours. Really poor customer service. We will not be returning. Cheyenne was rude and has no tact or customer service skills whatsoever. I hope she made it home early for whatever was more important than doing her job.

  Dressing rooms closed at 7:00 on a Thursday evening before Plano Hoco. Had to buy a dress and take it to a different store to try on.
