- LMLuke MillerSep 27, 20261.0I drove from Richardson to Frisco solely for the Pick-A-Brick wall to get here when they opened at noon, and they were closed because I guess the A/C went out in the mall. A few hours later after leaving, I call them and they’re now open, so I make the drive up again, have to park in the very back of the parking lot and spend 3 minutes just walking to the front, only to have to wait in line. After 10 minutes, I’m finally let in, only for the PAB wall to be blocked off. I ask if I can go back and they reject me, and so I ask if they can at least pick the parts for me because I made the trip up, and they still reject me. With gas as high as it is, this was a time and money hassle just to get up here with the intention of giving Lego money as well, only to be turned away. Now I have to travel up here a third time just to get something that was easily accessible if they had just taken off the strap from the poles. There wasn’t even a physical danger of going back there, yet they were adamant about not letting me back there. This is ridiculous.

As soon as I walked in, Andrew immediately came over to us and made us feel welcomed, giggling and all. Loved the environment they created here. Rachel is super sweet, she went above and beyond by bringing out a new Lego box of mini figs! Andrew and Rachel 10/10 coming here again only if they on da floor thx mwah

It's really a cool store with lots of great sets and John was really great showing us all of the display sets and letting us touch and play with them right before they close.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
