Plenty of shops and huge variety, movie theater. Stairs, escalators. Food court with varieties and carousel inside. Clean and always busy sometimes hard to find parking

Security guards made fun of and were extremely harsh with my autistic brother. Even though my bro was being a little bit of a disturbance, it was only brief, and they immediately threatened to kick all of our group out and then his coworker made fun of him later on. They said they would personally monitor us because they “felt like it”. I told them he was autistic, they didn’t care.

Giving one star because of very rude behavior by the security guard who is on duty today at the main entrance. We went to pick up our daughter from AMC stone briar around 9:30 pm and were looking for a restroom however the security guard shouted at us and asked us to leave. He was not ready to listen or help. He should be given thorough training on how to interact with customers politely. We are very disappointed and do not want this type of behavior to be repeated with any one else by him.

If this is the footlocker in the frisco mall then the workers with the exception of this black young man with a short crew cut hair acted like I stuck a stick up their butts whenever I asked for something not just with me I noticed they treated the other people around me the same. Very belittling behavior almost left with nothing just cause their attitudes sucked.

This is an awesome shopping place that's totally worth visiting! The staff was super kind and the janitors were always walking around asking me if I had any trash. The people at the Nordstrom counters were super helpful when I was trying to find a specific brand. I went to numerous shops such as Lululemon, Hollister, Tillys, and more. There are also new stores such as Edikted, Urban Outfitters, Alo, and more. This place is super big and has stuff for all ages. Bring your family!!!!
