  Great mall. I love how they have a Barnes and nobles at the entrance because it is my favorite place to shop. They also have a big food court and there are more places to shop around it. Everything here is well priced and there are very nice items and clothing to look at. I’ve been coming here since I was little and I really like this mall. Also the employees at the Barnes and nobles are super nice and helpful!

  As Someone From Out Of Town This Mall Blew Me Away. Never Heard Of It But Was In The Area And Decided To Catch A Movie. WOW. All I Can Say Is WOW. Definitely Will Be Back. So Many Stores. So Many Food Options. The Bathrooms Were Actually Clean And I Never Saw A Stall With It’s Own Sink And Mirror !!

  This is a good mall always opening new stores and I appreciate that. You’lol find many different restaurants inside and outside of the mall ✅

  The restrooms by the food court were DISGUSTING! Clogged toilets, pee, poop and blood all over the seats. Even went to the family bathroom and it was the same way.

  The rush hour traffic in Frisco was quite frustrating. Parking in close quarters traffic congestion was anxious, to say the least! The incredible volume of noise in Stonebridge Center was rather unpleasant. My visit to "the Samsung Experience" was even more frustrating! Samsung sells Phones & Tablets there. But THEN you have to go to another "Carrier" to get these Samsung Phones & Tablets turned on! But there is one rare exception...if you buy a Samsung phone, they "just might be able to turn on your Service through the back door." What?! Then how do I keep that Service going every month after that? My Sales Rep, Erick, did a fairly good job of explaining how this strange unanswered mysterious Service gets turned on, but I left with more unanswered questions, than mysterious answers! The best part of my visit to "The Samsung Experience" was the CLASSES they offer on Thursdays & Saturdays! They TEACH YOU how to use these complicated Samsung cellphones! Samsung...would you please explain this mysterious system to all of us? I've been with MetroPCS about 12 years, now. I'm so disappointed my good friend Gustavo left that company, especially learning that the new owners will no longer "help people" with mysterious problems with their phone operations. "Did you send a message from North Richland Hills?" Well, of course not. I live in Garland. So Google "locked me out!" So...what does THAT mean? It means my good friend Gustavo has to troubleshoot my "lockout" for 3 hours! No thanks to Dr. James Mullowney, who screwed me royally! While the "new owner" keeps glaring at me, as if I'm a nuisance! How uncomfortable! After this, the MetroPCS, & the T-Mobile people, sent out a company message: "we don't "help people" anymore! So Gustavo, who is the very best employee MetroPCS ever had, quit! So folks, if you get locked out, try dialing 611. See if those people in the 🇵🇭 Phillipines can help you. If they can speak English with a fair amount of skill. We're in trouble.
