  I brung in three bags of brand new clothes with tags or clothes I’ve never worn before that are very much so in trend and exactly what they said they were looking for whenever I called and they took the complete opposite of items and only gave $13 for the items and you can clearly tell they don’t go through the Items because All the items in the bags besides the stuff on the very top we’re still folded perfectly the way I folded them and in the same order I had them in

  Gave away my on hold items to a random person while I was waiting on my drop off to be completed. I deliberately asked the girl with purple highlights to put them on hold under my name.. 25 mins later when my buy was complete and I went to also purchase she acted like she had no membrane of who I was. Said she put them in a pile with someone else’s holds and allowed them to purchase them. On top of that I waited almost 2 hours for my buy to be completed.

  Worst Plato’s Closet Location This has to be the worst Plato’s Closet location I’ve ever been to. They seriously lowball you, even on name-brand clothes that still have the tags on them. I’m not expecting a lot of money, but when I’m bringing in good brands and basically accepting whatever reasonable offer they give me, getting almost nothing is frustrating. It honestly seems like the girls working there don’t even go through the clothes carefully or really look at what you’re bringing in. I’ve been to other Plato’s Closet locations, and the clothes and overall experience are WAY better than this location. What’s even more disappointing is the selection in the store. Plato’s Closet is supposed to be about finding good brands at affordable prices, but this location rarely has anything worth buying. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they’re accepting mostly donated-quality clothes because there’s barely anything good on the racks. The staff also seems uninterested, and management really needs to take a look at this location. Either improve the hiring, training, or pay and bring in people who actually care about the store. For a city like Frisco, this location is a huge disappointment and feels like a wasted opportunity. I honestly feel bad even complaining because I rarely ever leave bad reviews or reviews at all—but this location is just horrible. I’d honestly recommend Uptown Cheapskate over this location. Much better experience.

  The tall girl with brown hair with an amazing fashion sense is so sweet and helpful. They didnt accept my buy but she was so detailed and thorough at explaining the reason.
