  I had a very disappointing experience purchasing and tailoring a suit at Nordstrom. The associate who helped select the suit for me chose one that was two to three sizes too large, which seemed to be the beginning of the problem. I trusted her judgment and expected someone working in the suit department to recommend the correct size and fit. Even after the suit was hemmed and altered, it was still far too large. The pants were so loose that they would begin to fall down immediately after loosening my belt. I had to return several times to have the issues addressed, and after my third visit, I requested a refund, which Nordstrom fortunately provided. I understand that the experience may depend on the associate and tailor you receive, but I expected much better attention to detail, expertise, and service from Nordstrom. Based on my experience, I would recommend checking the less expensive stores across the street, where you may receive comparable quality without the repeated inconvenience. Even if you do have challenges, they will be far less expensive then Nordstrom. The last time I purchased a suit from Nordstrom was approximately 15 years ago. After this experience, it may be another 20 years before I consider buying from their organization.

  Discriminated Multiple Times I have a horrible experience every time I go to this location, my most recent experience has honestly changed my perspective of the Nordstrom brand as a whole, despite other Nordstrom locations being a positive experience, that’s how bad coming here is. I wish I could say I was just ignored as a customer, but honestly I feel belittled and discriminated against by the staff. Last time I purchased a Chanel perfume from here, the sales associate was very rude, I wanted a travel size and she said “I mean that makes no sense at all why wouldn’t you just buy the bigger one it’s only 20 more” with a very condescending tone. At one point she was on her phone instead of helping me out. If I’m being honest, I was considering buying both, but the experience was so shocking I quickly bought what I needed, and left. I have bought my luxury fragrances at Sephora or other department stores since then. My boyfriend shared he experienced a similar condescending attitude from the men’s cologne section, and has also not been back for his fragrances. Recently, I was there with my mom and sister shopping for clothes. In the past, sales associates have told me I can just walk into the fitting rooms. Wether or not this is policy is beside the point, because I can accept changing my behavior after finding out the appropriate protocol. Thinking nothing of it we walked into a seemingly open one. It was not and that was 100 percent on us and we were very embarrassed about the confusion. However, the sales associate was very rude and corrected us in a very stern way and belittled us for our mistake. I get that someone was there, and for us that added to the confusion and embarrassment. But we were not even really allowed to apologize because the sales associate was so rude to us. The only time I’ve felt treated slightly better is when I have a large online order and already come in “proving” that I am a worthy costumer. Is there a specific amount I need to spend before the sales associates at this store deem me worthy of their respect? Or maybe there is a specific look they are looking for in a customer and I don’t fit the desired demographic of Nordstrom as a company? I used to love going to Nordstrom, and the bad experiences turned me into an exclusively online shopper for a while. But honestly it’s ridiculous I can’t step foot in the store without being disrespected. There are other places that sell the same exact products and brands, so there’s no need to go back.

  This place has the best costumer service ever and thanks for the costumer service manager, and thanks for ( chidi ) he helped finding my right size and the right shoes he was so kind and helpful. Thanks nordstrom!🤍

  Best experience! Was kind of frustrated with charges not going through online so I went in store to shop and didn’t expect to be treated so well. Morgan N. needs a raise! She not only placed our order but hunted down the last pair of shoes I was looking for when they were sold out everywhere else! She was so kind and helpful!
