  I frequently shops at Nordstrom for my kids and have never had an experience like I did tonight. I was trying to exchange shoes for my son and was told by Gabriel in the kids shoe department to go somewhere else, because they were too busy to do my exchange. He didn’t even offer to help or answer any questions. I was appalled by the way he spoke to us! The sales associates in that department have always been very professional and kind, but tonight was a very different experience

  Oh, My goodness!!!!!! Stopped by the fragrance department. There I met the manager in the fragrance area. She has the most pleasant personality. Her team,Goni, Mary Lou, Amy Were so loving and fun to talk with. Words are endless just to say. I was in that department for over 30 minutes trying out fragrances. But came up short. But let's just say the women were vendors. Not one sale associate came over to assist these women. So I dare not spend my money. Blessings ladies. It was my pleasure to have met you. Thanks for being so kind. This Season of 2026 will be the year of plenty. May God in large your territory. Amen Ms. Loretta Orr

  My friend and I went to MAC cosmetics which is located at this location. I had went to Sephora prior to coming here, and the ladies there weren’t that much of a help. We walked down to Nordstrom. We were immediately greeted by Nikki at the counter. I was telling her what was going on. I’m not big on makeup at all. She took the time to find the right foundation for me. She even applied it just to make sure. The ladies at Sephora didn’t even do that. I really appreciated her taking her time and having patience with me. Her customer service skills are excellent! You can tell she has passion for what she does and wanting to make sure you feel beautiful.

  They were very rude. I walked through several times and wasn’t offered any help. I even asked a question in the cologne department and still wasn’t helped. I believe the environment was very discriminatory, maybe because I was in my workout clothes. This then made me go to Dillards and receive the helped I needed in finding a fragrance . I will continue to just buy from there
