  The two ladies working Chanel beauty terrible service, if you don’t want to work just say that. Ugly attitude didn’t even want to color match.

  They had chairs in front of the dressing rooms, very mindful and kind. My girlfriend took forever in the dressing rooms and I was able to relax instead of standing around. 10/10

  This store has HORRIFIC customer service! This is not the customer service that Nordstrom is known for these people do nothing to help you and lie directly to your face, don’t shop here. If I could give it -0 stars I would. Don’t spend a single dime here.

  Trash clothes. Management is total trash. Check out these threads. You can where this crap yo work Monday. The curator for men needs to be fired. The manager decided to hang up on me during a return , instead of hearing what her store did. Awesome!! So now her boss and bosses boss and further get a front row ticket ti this issue. Good luck Tina.

  The day our was born, we found out she had Fibular Hemimelia, a rare birth condition where part of her fibula is shorter on one leg. On that same leg, she also has only three cute little toes. The biggest day-to-day challenge we face is actually something most people probably wouldn’t think twice about and that’s finding shoes that fit both her feet given there’s an entire size difference. She had an appointment last Monday and her doctor recommended Nordstrom because of their Split Shoe Experience, and we decided to give it a try. I can’t lie, I was so hesitant to even try because lots of companies claim to do things like this to be considered “inclusive “ and when you get there, it’s only online, very limited selection or the employee has no idea what you are talking about. But Nordstrom…All I have to say about it is WOW. What an experience. 🥹 We were lucky enough to have a beautiful and patient soul by the name of Kaylah. She went above and beyond for our girl. She brought out what felt like 50 different pairs of shoes so we could find her perfect fit. At the end of it all she spoiled our girl with a stuffy, balloon, and even a photo! Most importantly, she made our daughter feel like an absolute princess. And the best part? She left with shoes that actually fit BOTH of her feet. 🥹 We are beyond thankful for Kaylah, Nordstrom, and the kindness they showed Elles. Our girl can walk around confidently in shoes that fit without one constantly falling off and her parents can confidently walk into a store we know she has lots of options. Nordstrom has gained a customer for life 🥹❤️
