  I spent over $400 on clothing. I understand I arrived a bit late, and I even apologized, but the cashier Marlene in Customer Service/Returns had the worst attitude. She rolled her eyes and was very rude. Today, I returned some items and ended up buying even more, but once again, she treated me badly. Customer service should be professional and respectful. If you don’t want to work, stay home. Very disappointed with Marlene in Customer Service.

  We took an appointment at the salon after rescheduling and I told them that I have an appointment and I went before my time and I waited for more than 25 minutes. So, I had to leave and that lady at the salon is still working with another client. I left mad after I rescheduled for another time. I am not going to them anymore. No respect for time. No apology.

  We were shopping and everything was great except for a misunderstanding at checkout. Our cashier Saras told us we would save nearly half our purchase if we signed up for the rewards. I asked if it was just an account and she said yes so I was like why not. Then we have to put in some sensitive info and I’m like wait is this a credit card? She said yes and I immediately cancelled. She refused to cancel the process for a while, trying to force us to sign up. Saying over 10 times it’s free. We kept politely declining, quite literally a collective 15 times as she looked at each of us repeatedly telling us to complete the sign up bc it’s only another 30 seconds. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Besides that she was good.

  I went to have headshot to have done, I paid 85.00 for only 1. The lady, that took the photo, was very nice, I would give her a 5. My photo, came thru a 3rd party, it looked nothing like the photo, that was taken in the JC penny studio. The photo, could not be uploaded to any site. The FBI, that had JCPenney to give, them all the pictures that they taken of me, for whatever reason they needed them. I assume to, they have been trying to see, if that security guard that got killed in Dallas children hospital, parking garage, on that Wednesday, did we have any ties to one another?

  Quick stop for a cologne atomizer. They multiple in stock and I didn't have to look far. Employees were helpful and nice.
