- DMDenise MitchellMay 3, 20261.0This world truly needs more love and basic respect. I visited this J. Crew Factory location to pick up an online order. I understand employees get busy, but after waiting around 5 minutes, I was intentionally ignored by a male associate. Even after he finished with another customer, he refused to acknowledge my presence and pretended to be busy with merchandise right in front of me. it wasn't until another person pointed out that I was waiting that he finally helped me. As a Black American Woman, it was painful to experience such clearly exclusionary and unprofessional behavior. Racism has no place in customer service. We all deserve to be treated with dignity regardless of our RACE. The J.Crew Factory needs to do better.

They didn’t even acknowledge me in the store. Avoided eye contact with me and refused to greet me. I used to work for a J Crew so I am well aware of the requirements regarding customer service. TERRIBLE
