  Had to go suit shopping for my son who is getting married and we went to several suit stores to includes Mens Wharehouse, K&G, Jos A. Banks. We ended up going with DXL mainly because of the customer service and attentiveness of Taylor. She took her time to answer all our questions, provided input etc. Do yourself a favor next time your looking for a suit and go see Taylor.

  Staff was amazing! Huge selection of clothing, casual and dressy. Also, the clearance section is hands down the biggest and cleanest I've seen anywhere! I love that they have name brand items as well as store brand and price points are within any budget.

  Taylor was outstanding! We called the store ahead of time to check if they had the shirt size and color we needed in stock, and Taylor was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment she answered the phone. She quickly checked availability, made sure the item was ready for us, and even had it steamed within 20 minutes. Thank you, Taylor, for your kindness, urgency, and amazing customer service — it truly made our experience special!

  Bernadette was awesome and I very much appreciate her help in making sure I found the perfect shirt for my sisters wedding on short notice! First time ever stepping foot in a DXL and it was a night and day difference from say a Men’s Warehouse. That is thanks to Bernadette! If you’re like me and you don’t dress up often and always have trouble finding the right sizes, please go see her!
