- AAALEX5 days ago1.0I bought a pair of skechers work shoes at DSW. Within 4 months the sole started coming apart. I've owned the same shoe before and they lasted over a year. I took them to exchange them. They wouldn't. I just wanted an exchange not a refund. Now I have to drive to a skechers store. DSW should stand behind the products that they sell. Bad service. I will never return and I will spread the word.

They sell shoes that you cannot find on the Adidas official website so a fair comparison cannot be made. More importantly, the quality of these shoes is not up to par with those sold directly by Adidas. The same thing applies to Nike, New Balance and others.

One was Gen Z and one older and both were amazing and helpful and cheerful and efficient - all things that are not always true these days. Whoever was working the registers this morning, Sept 16 were great!
