- ALAlexandria LevineAug 10, 20262.0Really mean staff. I came in to return some pants from an online order. They were too big on me. The tag wasn’t put on very well and actually came off when I was trying them on, I didn’t remove it myself. But even though I had the tag and everything she said since the tag was removed I couldn’t return it. I stated it was removed when I tried them on and she said well sorry you can’t return them you have to keep them. I left (and as I was leaving I accidentally bumped into a staff member, it was crowded, I said I’m sorry and she just gave me a dirty look). So I went down to aerie and they happily returned them for me no questions asked and all of the staff there were very lovely and friendly. So if they don’t let you return just go down to aerie ☺️

- SPSamantha PerryMay 23, 20265.0I came in on Wednesday of this week and had a great shopping experience! Jorja was seriously so sweet and helpful when I came in! She worked in the fitting room and constantly checked to make sure I had everything I needed and helped grab different sizes for me and even built outfits for me for my upcoming vacation! She was super friendly and had the best personality which honestly made the whole shopping experience so much better because I felt super comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what she does. She’s awesome!! Overall great store! Amazing atmosphere!

However, I was there on the day of 4/25/26, and was given a very unpleasant shopping experience after speaking to a team member of the store. She was incredibly mean to when tasked with answering a simple question. The girl was a manager with short dark hair and tattoos. all other employees friendly but be mindful of that one
