  I typically shop online with this company and coming in to this store yesterday solidified my reason to continue only shopping online. My teenager and I came in to look around, she was on one side and I was on the other. The staff must've assumed we were splitting up for theft purposes. Because I turned around to make sure I could still see my child in the store and the employees stared at each other and made hand gestures for each of them to follow us in store. They proceeded to keep tabs on us in the store, so I left without buying anything and don't plan on coming back in. I get that theft is a struggle in retail, I've worked it, but to just make assumptions of theft is wrong, when you are being way too obvious. Shortly before we left, the girls decided to play around in the little basket and push each other. So clearly, they didn't see as a threat but still didn't value us as customers either.

  Store was extremely warm inside, heat blasting on a 55 degree day making it miserably hot. Staff is rude and not helpful. The just stare at you why you shop and whisper among themselves. Return policy is ridiculous. Even with a receipt and original form of payment they wouldnt let us do a return because we didnt have an arie account.
